To support a rapidly expanding sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Director will own and scale a world-class enablement function, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the necessary skills, playbooks, and product knowledge to succeed in a complex market.
Key responsibilities

Own the bidirectional content loop, converting product strategy and competitive intelligence into actionable sales content while capturing field feedback for continuous improvement
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative field insights to inform enablement priorities and drive strategic decisions with sales and product leadership
Design and implement structured onboarding and manager enablement programs that enhance coaching consistency and accelerate ramp time for new hires

Required qualifications

10+ years in sales enablement or sales leadership, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience scaling enablement functions in a B2B SaaS or developer tools environment
Deep expertise in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies
Ability to effectively synthesize field signals and performance data into clear enablement strategies
Strong executive presence with the capability to constructively challenge field leadership
