Key responsibilities
Lead the Deal Desk team, partnering with Sales leadership on high-impact commercial decisions
Develop creative solutions to complex pricing, payment structures, and legal considerations
Continuously improve deal processes and governance to enhance stakeholder experience
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in Finance, Deal Desk, or related functions with exposure to complex transactions
Proven track record in leading complex deal negotiations and cross-functional decision-making
Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate company goals into deal strategies
Experience in developing high-performing teams and effective cross-functional partnerships
Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, and CLM tools, as well as reporting environments like Salesforce and Netsuite
