Director, Sales Finance

Responsibilities

Create Supplier P&Ls – Create both historical and projected supplier P&Ls ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance around the process.

Present P&L findings both internally and external driving insights and actions.

Track Commitments – Coordinate with markets to create consistent supplier spend trackers.

Track and report on other supplier commitments on a regular cadence.

Perform detailed profitability analysis monthly and provide insights.

Coordinate forecasting processes with the markets.

Lead supplier annual budgeting processes.

Work with supplier partners on new Ways of Working and develop best practices around monthly and quarterly financial reviews.

Perform ad hoc financial analysis as directed by SVPs and VPs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in accounting and/or finance

Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software

Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills

Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines

Analytic and Reporting skills

Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
