Owning the end-to-end customer journey, the full-time remote Product Growth Manager will manage growth and lifecycle strategies, pioneer AI-driven workflows, and shape the function from the ground up in an early-stage startup environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop and oversee the strategy and roadmap for customer activation, engagement, retention, referral, and reactivation across various messaging channels
Audit and enhance existing lifecycle programs to improve user onboarding and retention, while designing event-driven, behavior-triggered initiatives
Implement conversion rate optimization strategies and define an experimentation framework to drive measurable growth outcomes
Required qualifications
4+ years of experience in product management, growth, or lifecycle roles within a high-growth consumer or fintech environment
Proven track record of delivering measurable results in activation, retention, and monetization
Strong product sense with the ability to navigate strategy, roadmap development, and hands-on execution
Intermediate proficiency in SQL and experience with event-driven systems and product analytics tools
Familiarity with HTML-based email systems and a willingness to learn rapidly
