Job Title

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in content authoring and marketing campaign management, preferably within FinTech, financial services, or technology sectors.
Strong proficiency with digital campaign tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, or comparable platforms.
Expert-level HTML development skills, including email templates, dynamic content, and tagging.
Strong editing, writing, and storytelling capabilities with a focus on tone, clarity, and compliance.
Understanding of marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and data-driven targeting.
Experience with analytics, reporting, and campaign performance optimization.
Familiarity with financial products, regulatory marketing standards, and consumer finance communication guidelines.
Must-have (No Exceptions): Proven experience converting UI/UX designs into functional, responsive HTML templates.
