Owning the Marketing Operations roadmap, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Lead will manage systems, workflows, analytics, and automation frameworks to ensure effective campaign execution and measurable business outcomes for various programs.
Key Responsibilities

Own the Marketing Operations roadmap and define governance for campaign setup and tracking
Build and maintain reporting that connects marketing activity to outcomes and develop dashboards for performance insights
Manage the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and design scalable automation programs for lead generation and lifecycle optimization

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or analytics
Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) with hands-on Marketo administration experience
Experience with CRM platforms, specifically MS Dynamics 365 or similar
Strong analytics and data fluency, including funnel analysis and KPI development
Proven lead-management optimization experience, including scoring and routing
