Graphic Designer Evaluator

To improve AI career guidance systems, experienced Graphic Designers will evaluate and refine advice for creatives in a fully remote, flexible contract role focused on providing expert-level career insights and developing evaluation standards.
Key responsibilities

Review career questions from graphic designers and visual creatives across various experience levels
Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide expert career guidance within the design field
Develop evaluation rubrics to assess the quality of AI-generated career advice and flag inaccuracies

Required qualifications

Professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Brand Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
Strong understanding of design career development and creative hiring processes
Experience in reviewing design work, mentoring creatives, or contributing to hiring decisions
Excellent written communication skills for translating expertise into clear guidance
Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to maintain quality while working independently
