Graphic Designer Evaluation Specialist

To improve AI-generated career guidance for design professionals, experienced Graphic Designers will evaluate and enhance the quality of AI advice in a fully remote, flexible freelance role.
Key responsibilities

Review career-related inquiries from graphic designers and visual creatives at various stages
Write expert-level "golden answers" that provide high-quality career guidance within the design field
Develop evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy of AI-generated career advice and flag any inaccuracies

Required qualifications

Professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Brand Designer, or similar role
Strong understanding of creative career development and design hiring processes
Experience in providing design feedback or mentoring creatives
Clear and effective written communication skills for translating expertise into practical guidance
Self-motivated and reliable, capable of meeting quality expectations independently
