Leading compensation practices for multiple countries in Europe, the full-time Senior Total Rewards Manager will provide expert consultation on compensation strategy, program implementation, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with HR and business leaders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Partner with Country HR Leaders to implement and localize compensation programs across several European countries
Develop and maintain salary structures and pay ranges based on market intelligence and business strategy
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support compensation decisions and overall Total Rewards strategy
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
Significant professional experience in compensation or Total Rewards
Demonstrated experience managing compensation practices in a regional or business-aligned role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English
