About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Brand Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of our multi-brand marketing strategies across the U.S. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand positioning, managing impactful marketing campaigns (both online and offline), elevating brand awareness, and overseeing budget and team performance to support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals.
● Lead brand positioning and upgrade projects to enhance market presence.
● Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
● Manage marketing budgets to optimize spend and maximize ROI.
● Lead and mentor a marketing team based in Los Angeles.
● Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business strategy.
Required Qualifications
● U.S. work authorization (Green Card, citizenship, or valid work visa).
● 5+ years of brand marketing or brand management experience.
● Proven experience in brand positioning and brand upgrade projects.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI.
● Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred:
● Experience in the wig or hair extension industry, particularly with brands like Unice Hair, is highly preferred.
● Experience in beauty or related product categories.
● Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (office-based) or New York, NY (remote, with regular visits to LA)
