This role blends contract-based custom work with hourly in-store support , ideal for someone who loves creating beautiful desserts and developing new, high-quality products.Role OverviewThis position includes two types of work:1. Contract Work (Custom Orders)Design and decorate custom cakes based on client requestsExecute high-quality, consistent, and visually appealing finished productsWork independently on orders with agreed-upon pricing per project2.
