Creative Specialist – Bakery (Contract + Hourly Hybrid)

Gracefully Gourmet is a bakery with a purpose—supporting the work of Place of Grace, a residential recovery program helping individuals rebuild their lives after incarceration and addiction. Every product we create contributes to life change, job readiness, and second chances.
We are looking for a Creative Specialist to bring both artistry and innovation into our bakery offerings. This role blends contract-based custom work with hourly in-store support , ideal for someone who loves creating beautiful desserts and developing new, high-quality products.
Role Overview
This position includes two types of work:
1. Contract Work (Custom Orders)
- Design and decorate custom cakes based on client requests
- Execute high-quality, consistent, and visually appealing finished products
- Work independently on orders with agreed-upon pricing per project
2. Hourly In-Store Support
- Collaborate on developing new bakery and popcorn products
- Contribute creative ideas that align with our brand and simplify production

- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently on custom orders

- Flexible scheduling based on order volume and bakery needs
- Contract pricing for custom cakes will be based on design and complexity
