Bigelow is currently looking for a select, talented individual, that shares our values,to join our growing team.SUMMARY This position reports to the VP of Sales and operates cross functionally as a key member of the Sales & Marketing team. The International Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing global sales strategies to expand the Bigelow brand internationally. This role drives growth in existing markets while identifying and building new market opportunities (with focus on the America's), establishing strong distributor and retail partnerships, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.JOB DESCRIPTION Develops and executes international sales strategies aligned with corporate growth objectivesEvaluates and prioritizes existing markets to drive sustainable growth and increased market shareIdentifies and assesses new market opportunities based on strategic criteria and brand alignmentBuilds and presents business cases and go-to-market strategies for expansion into emerging marketsEstablishes clear market entry strategies, including distribution, pricing, and promotional plansACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Builds and strengthens relationships with international distributors, brokers, and retail partnersLeads sales presentations, business reviews, and negotiations with key partnersDrives execution of trade and consumer initiatives to support brand growth in international marketsProvides tea education and brand storytelling to customers and partners to enhance brand positioningSALES ANALYSIS, REPORTING & FORECASTING Monitors and analyzes sales performance across international markets to identify trends and opportunitiesProvides regular reporting and actionable insights to senior leadershipDevelops and maintains sales forecasts, incorporating market trends, distributor feedback, and internal dataTracks key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness of strategies and initiativesOPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION Partners with internal teams manage international documentation, logistics, and export requirementsPartners with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tariff requirements across marketsMonitors currency trends and assesses potential business impactsCollaborates with Sales Support, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of international businessSKILLS REQUIRED Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plansProven ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholdersStrong relationship-building and negotiation skills across diverse markets and culturesHighly organized with strong planning and prioritization capabilitiesSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forwardProblem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approachProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Multilingual skills are required (English & Spanish)DIRECT REPORTING POSITIONS NoneEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field7-10 years of experience in CPG international salesDemonstrated success in expanding U.S. brands into international marketsTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Approximately 50% International travelEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor.#J-18808-Ljbffr
