Our vision is to increase the value of every customer interaction for every company in the world.Ready to join us?Reports to: Vice President of Sales & Customer Success.Role OverviewWe are growing at Banzai to meet our customers' demands, so we are seeking an Account Executive to join our Go-to-Market team. You are passionate about helping clients solve their problems and have experience working with Fortune 1,000 companies. We look forward to meeting folks who are comfortable selling complex products in an early-stage environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with company objectives, expanding our market and client baseLead business efforts across your region or target marketEstablish a trusted advisor relationship to gain long-term client relationships with prospectsDevelop an annual plan to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, typically covering a range of geographical regionsUtilize a sophisticated, multi-step selling process with defined criteria, executive sponsorship, and clear timelinesTravel throughout your region to host small events, and attend national and regional conferences/events to build relationships and create demandEngage with all relevant stakeholders at the account to limit being single-threadedGuide RFP processes, as appropriateBecome an expert on Banzai's solutions and our marketUse the CRMs to manage leads, opportunities, contacts, and accountsTravel for customer visits and internal meetings; on average, a few days per quarterRequired Experience & QualificationsHave experience selling into sales and marketing departments in Fortune 1,000 companiesHave experience in complex solution sales, specifically closing consultative, multi-persona dealsAre action-oriented and able to cultivate business with experience collaborating with and orchestrating GTM resources, including Marketing supportCan lead and build target lists and execute outbound strategies to create a robust sales pipeline and achieve the defined sales targetsCan thrive on taking initiative in a fast-moving, growth environment while generating energy from presenting to small and large groups of prospectsExcellent communication and presentation skillsHave the ability to conceive and execute long-term sales strategies while tackling immediate challengesCan take a learning approach, be organized, and be comfortable using a modern sales tech stackHave had success selling at an early-stage companyCan demonstrate proven success in achieving and exceeding sales goalsHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, and Long-Term Disability insurance (US based)Unlimited PTO13 paid company holidaysRemote-first company$250/year home office stipend12 weeks of fully paid parental leaveMission-driven team motivated by excellenceClear objectives, direction, and empowerment from executive leadershipCompensationJob Type: Full-timeOTE (Base + Commission): $150,000 - $200,000 per yearLocation: Remote USBanzai is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
