Retail Producer - Boardman

The Retail Producer plays a critical role in Goodwill's Donated Goods & Retail (DGR) optimization strategy by determining the appropriate retail value, pricing, and presentation of donated merchandise. This position supports speed-to-floor, revenue maximization, and product quality by applying established pricing guidelines and 1-Touch principles to minimize handling and rework. The Retail Producer ensures that merchandise is accurately priced, properly identified for specialized sales channels (including e-commerce when applicable), and staged for efficient movement to the sales floor.
