To assist the full-time professional Sales & Marketing Manager in the promotion of BGSU conference and event space, as well as managing the Student Marketing & Media Team. Assists in overseeing and scheduling the Marketing & Media Team members. Engages in research, pre-sales, and follow-up phone calls to local, regional, and national clients. Gathers, inputs, organizes, and prioritizes client contacts and information. Assists in recruitment and networking initiatives in the broadest sense. Identifies internal constituents (faculty & staff) and their professional connections to external associations. Assists in conceptualizing, creating, and critiquing marketing content and design.
