Every project is different, but what they all have in common is the sophistication of the design and the industry's highest standard of quality.POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Sales is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market Presence in Environmental Graphics and Exhibits Divisions. This role sets performance expectations, builds scalable processes, and partners cross‑functionally with Marketing, Project Management, and Finance to achieve company goals.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and long‑term growth objectivesDrive new business development and identify opportunities for revenue growth, market expansion, and diversificationAssign clients and project opportunities based on territory plans and overall account strategyEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business through Account Executive relationships with key customersChampion an exceptional customer experience and represent the company professionally in the marketplaceEstablish sales targets, quotas, and KPIs; monitor performance and provide accurate revenue forecastingBuild, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, pipelines, and effective CRM utilizationRecruit, hire, train, and develop sales and estimating team membersAssess individual performance and identify skill development needsProvide ongoing coaching on active opportunities and selling strategiesDevelop, manage, and administer commission and incentive plansAssign and balance estimating workload to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive proposal supportCollaboratively with Account Executives, develop and execute go‑to‑market strategiesIdentify and evaluate target marketsCreate strategies to penetrate high‑value marketsPartner with marketing to increase brand presence and lead generationEvaluate results and adjust tactics to achieve sales objectivesDevelop and maintain effective pricing strategies across all markets to support profitability and competitivenessReview and approve pricing and proposals prior to submission to ensure alignment with margin and business objectivesAlign sales strategy with operational capacity to support profitable growth and reliable project executionParticipate as a member of the Management Team, contributing to company‑wide planning and strategic decision‑makingCollaborate with other department leaders to improve business processes and support successful project executionAnalyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to guide strategic decisionsEvaluate and implement tools, technologies, and systems to improve sales effectiveness, reporting, and visibilityPrepare and present regular sales performance reports to executive leadershipManage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resourcesPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 7+ years of progressive sales experience, including leadership rolesProven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targetsExperience building and scaling sales teams and processesStrong analytical, forecasting, and CRM skillsExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsDESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Industry Experience in: Architectural / Environmental Graphics, and ExhibitsOther Custom FabricationCOMPANY SALARY/BENEFITS: CREO offers a great career growth culture, holidays, vacation, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, LTD coverage, and a 401(k) plan with a competitive match.Salary: $150,000 with bonus eligibilityApply TodayCREO provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
