The company also provides mortgage financing and title services for homebuyers through its mortgage and title subsidiaries.The right candidate will manage all sales activity, escrow closings and representation to the public, and manage sales projections.Director of Sales - 2601905Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMotivate and coordinate between the department of Sales, Escrow, Marketing, Construction, Product Development, Land Acquisition, and MortgageResolve problems and/or issues pertaining to any departmentMeet or beat set sales goalsRecruit and hire future sales representatives, train and motivate the sales forcePerform a competitive analysis on product, features, and neighborhoods/amenitiesWork with the Marketing Coordinator/Manager and Division Manager on advertisingWork with the agents on all marketing promotionsPerform realtor outreach (realtor breakfasts, lunches, office presentations)Oversee grand openings and new phasesConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companySupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly manages two or more employees in the Sales & Marketing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
