Enterprise Web Engineer

Overview HTG is seeking an engineer experienced in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Verint Telligent Community to build enterprise web experiences, integrate community platforms, and ensure high performance across systems.In this role, you will be involved in developing and maintaining AEM components and integrating Telligent Community features to deliver scalable digital experiences.Responsibilities Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, Sling Models, OSGi services, and HTL-based componentsWork on AEM 6.5 authoring workflows, publishing, permissions, and content lifecycleTroubleshoot AEM issues involving rendering, workflows, bundles, and JCR structureEnhance Telligent Community features (forums, blogs, discussions, profiles, activity streams)Customize Telligent using APIs, widgets, extensions, and themingIntegrate Telligent content into AEM-managed pagesSupport community configuration, metadata, SEO, and platform customizationCollaborate with Verint support on upgrades and platform issuesConfigure and optimize AEM Dispatcher and caching strategiesSupport CDN behavior and diagnose performance or stability issuesWork with UX, content teams, community managers, and platform engineeringParticipate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and documentationQualifications 3–4 years of hands-on AEM development experienceStrong understanding of AEM 6.5, Sling, OSGi, and JCRExperience building components with HTL/SightlyPractical experience working with Verint Telligent Community (APIs, widgets, customization)Familiarity with AEM Dispatcher configuration and caching strategiesSolid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptStrong communication skills and experience working within Agile teamsBonus skills Adobe AEM Developer or Sites certificationExperience supporting high-traffic or customer-facing community platformsExposure to community moderation workflows, metadata management, or SEO optimizationExperience collaborating with platform vendors such as Adobe or VerintHigh Tech Genesis Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building inclusive teams where diverse perspectives drive innovation.
