Senior Affiliate Manager

BettingJobs is working with a multi-brand crypto casino, who are seeking to bring in a Senior Affiliate Manager to join their team based remotely within the UK or UAE time zone.This is a hunter-focused role centered around building and growing affiliate partnerships within the crypto casino space, with a strong focus on SEO affiliates, commercial negotiations, traffic optimisation, and affiliate growth across US-targeted markets.Responsibilities:* Identify, pitch, and onboard new affiliate partners.* Manage CPA, hybrid, and revenue share commercial negotiations.* Monitor traffic quality and affiliate performance.* Support placement optimisation and creative refresh cycles.* Build and maintain affiliate market intelligence.* Monitor competitor affiliate activity and market trends.* Represent the business at affiliate and industry events.Requirements:* 5+ years of affiliate management experience.* Hunter-focused affiliate acquisition background.* Experience within US-targeted casino or crypto casino markets.* Existing relationships with SEO affiliates within the crypto casino space.* Experience building affiliate programs from a low base.* Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, hybrid models, and affiliate deal structures.* Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.
