Great Lakes Management is seeking a dynamic Regional Director of Sales to lead and support sales performance across a portfolio of senior living communities. This role provides hands-on coaching, drives occupancy growth, strengthens sales processes, and develops high-performing sales teams aligned with GLM's mission and service standards. Key Responsibilities. Lead, mentor, and support Sales Directors across assigned communities. Drive occupancy growth by coaching on lead management, tours, follow-up, outreach, and conversion strategies. Monitor KPIs including inquiries, tours, conversions, CRM activity, occupancy, and revenue trends. Conduct regular on-site visits to evaluate sales processes, team performance, and brand standards.
