Experience/pullipMinimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience./p/lilipExperience with Neurotoxins
Migraine is required; preferably 2+ years focused neurotoxin migraine experience/p/lilipCommercial field experience a plus/p/lilipSuccessful launch planning and execution experience/p/lilipExtensive experience with HCP training
education in the neurotoxin space, including design and execution of programs, preferably in migraine/p/lilipSuccessfully history of managing relationships with external vendors and significant budgets for content creation and program execution/p/lilipProven cross-functional leadership skills to lead across a complex matrixed organization/p/lilipStrong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to influence others/p/lilipAbility to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously/p/lilipTrack record of successful projects delivery and positive performance results./p/lilipStrong scientific/medical aptitude and experience/p/lilipKnowledge of the AMA, ACCME, PhRMA and FDA regulations associated with promotion and industry-supported scientific education activities./p/lilipWorking within an environment of strict compliance to all appropriate regulatory guidelines to successfully design and execute tactics, programs and tools that achieve business objectives./p/lilipExcellent written and verbal skills and strong interpersonal communication skills/p/lilipWillingness/ability to travel domestically.
