divh2Account Manager/h2pAs the Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading relationship activities with consumer-packaged goods companies with a focus on Flexible Packaging sales in North America that align with customer and Client Packaging Americas growth strategies./ppYour responsibilities include leading and managing day to day account activities that drive our organization to deliver a superior customer experience./ppYou will establish strong relationships with the customers (commercial, technical, operations, marketing and supply chain), prepare and execute customer account strategies and provide strategic leadership for further developing our relationship to drive profitable growth and deliver superior value to the customers by identifying mutual wins for Client and the customer./ppYou must be an effective cross-functional team leader and influencer with an ability to execute./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliProtects and builds upon existing business positions/liliDrives new business opportunities aligned with Clients current platform capabilities as well as opportunities beyond our current capabilities to deliver growth/liliDevelops key relationships cross-functionally and at multiple levels across customers organization and within Client/liliImpacts high level of service and develops a deep understanding of customers business needs and strategies/liliGains understanding of customers market and competitive set within their space/liliDevelops an understanding of Clients competitors/liliMaintains a working knowledge and is in full compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and Federal anti-trust laws/liliPerforms other similar and related duties as assigned/li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliDemonstrated experience leading and managing negotiations in large, complex accounts/liliExpert level leadership skills including demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously/liliStrong business acumen and business strategy with a high level of creativity and agility./liliFlexible Packaging Experience Required/li/ulpWe offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, ADD, tuition reimbursement, and more.
