R+L Carriers is actively seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Regional Director of Sales at our Chicago IL Service Center
Primary areas of responsibility include:
Revenue forecasting & generation
Monitor revenue results, prepare/issue incentive reports.
Budget preparation, implementation and monitoring
Proper staffing, education/training, and assisting operations and/or administration as needed
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this position requires up to 50% travel on a recurring basis.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Must be computer literate with Windows, Excel and CRM exp.
Proven experience leading a sales team
Operations knowledge preferred
LTL Sales Management experience is strongly preferred
