To accomplish this mission, we are committed to attracting and retaining the best talent and an engaged and thriving workforce that drives a sustainable future for our company and society./ppWorking at IPG Medical Group you can expect challenging projects, a motivating and friendly environment, and competitive benefits./ph3Job Profile/h3ulliLead new product introductions, including strategic segmentation, positioning, pricing, promotion, training and education programs; coordinate with and support marketing program with distributors and commercial partners in Urology/liliPlan and coordinate local commercial launches with distributor and commercial partners; drive equipment sales along with collaborative efforts for disposables, provide marketing input and coordinate marketing program of distributor and commercial partner in Urology/liliDesign and conduct regional training and educational programs for physicians, distributors, and commercial partners in Urology/liliEstablish and execute plans for increasing the utilization of product/liliDevelop and execute marketing plans based on market and customer insights/liliCreate and maintain marketing materials and sales tools/liliPropose designs, generate content and drive continuous improvement of the companys website/liliDevelop marketing programs for equipment, instruments and disposables for use in stone and soft tissue management procedures/liliGenerate market intelligence for pursuing new pre-clinical and clinical research with the companys proprietary Thulium Fiber Laser technology/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in business management, marketing, and/or scientific field/lili5-8 years+ international product marketing experience in laser urology equipment or similar high-technology medical field/liliExperience in working with external partners and distributors/liliExperience liaising with medical and scientific opinion leaders for obtaining information to develop new products with Thulium Fiber Laser technology/liliFamiliar with clinical studies and regulatory approvals for medical devices/liliAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally; comfortable with both formal and extemporaneous presentations/liliWillingness to take initiative and ability to work independently with many different types of tasks, while not being afraid to ask questions when in doubt./liliStrong sense of urgency and quality/liliSolid organizational skills and attention to detail/liliCustomer focus/li/ul/div
