Are you?/ph3About the Role:/h3pWere looking for a Director, Field Force Effectiveness on the Commercial Effectiveness team to help us expand whats possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Senior Director, Field Strategy and Operations, youll serve as a strategic partner in planning, coordination, and management of field team support. Youll act as the liaison between field-based teams and Global Program Teams, fostering a collaborative environment where strategic decisions are grounded in insights and objectives from all key stakeholders, while providing subject matter expertise in targeting, call planning, and field force size and structure./ppWhat Youll Do:/ppIn this role, youll have the opportunity to shape and elevate the effectiveness of our field organization through data-driven strategy and cross-functional collaboration. Youll also:/pulliLead the development and evolution of field force size and structure recommendations, including ongoing geographical validation and strategic enhancements for leadership consideration/liliProvide subject matter expertise in targeting strategies and call planning to drive field performance and engagement/liliPartner with field reporting and analytics teams to proactively monitor business performance, identify issues and opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions/liliLead the creation of streamlined plans that integrate reporting and analytics into field initiatives to meet business objectives in partnership with field leadership/liliDevelop and present resources that support effective decision-making and change management for leadership use during initiative rollouts/liliProvide context and guidance to field sales leaders on processes and decisions, building a support network for change management and a continuous feedback loop/liliConsult with cross-functional partners on the impact and usability of reports and resources intended for field sales use/liliCollaborate with field leaders to identify and fulfill communication needs, including field personnel guidance, policy changes, and operational actions/liliComplete needs assessments based on senior leadership requests, align subject matter experts, facilitate solution generation, and summarize actions and results/liliWork with the reporting and analytics team to develop standardized analysis and reporting templates for performance tracking, monitoring, and quarterly business reviews/li/ulh3Who You Are:/h3pYou have a Bachelors Degree along with 8+ years of progressive pharmaceutical commercial experience (sales, leadership, marketing, or market access), or a combination of education, training, and experience./ppYou are or you also have:/pulliAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and communication/liliDemonstrated strength in operations, project management, and execution/liliProven ability to establish and cultivate relationships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the organization/liliAbility to interface with Executive Leadership with confidence and subject matter expertise/liliStrong consultative skills with experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration/liliExperience generating and streamlining communication cadence aligned to organizational strategy/liliAbility to translate complex data and analytics into actionable insights for field leaders/li/ulpNice to have (but not required):/pulliExperience in rare or specialty disease commercial environments/liliFamiliarity with CRM platforms and field force automation tools/lili2+ years of experience managing a field team/li/ulh3Where Youll Work/h3pThis is a hybrid role based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office.
