Develop and implement an annual marketing plan, which promotes Franchise services and develops a diverse customer base. Train and develop a professional marketing team capable of achieving annual sales revenues goals./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliDevelop marketing initiatives and budget, create annual marketing plan, and provide marketing materials/liliComplete annual marketing needs assessment; including planning CE classes, planning lunch-and-learns, scheduling the budget, and developing action plans for centers of influence (COIs)/liliIdentify and establish revenue, collection, and activity goals/liliCompare past and projected revenues to marketing goals/liliIncrease sales revenue and achieve sales goals/liliRecruit, hire, and train sales and marketing staff/liliMonitor and coach sales/marketing activities/liliEvaluate sales and marketing staff performance/liliManage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of any customer complaints./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulli5+ years sales, marketing, or customer service experience, with demonstrated history of sales ability and growth/liliEffective oral and written communication/liliExperience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills/liliSolid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)/liliAbility to meet people in new or difficult situations and build rapport/liliCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment while being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multi-task/liliBachelors degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience/liliExperience with professional sales or marketing associations, a plus/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law/li/ulpCompensation: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per week/ppPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential./ppAt SERVPRO, you can make a positive difference in peoples lives each and every day!
