Pittsburgh Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pittsburgh Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives and clinical specialists in the Pittsburgh market. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on company's growth and success in this region.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
Manage and mentor a team of over 10 sales reps and clinical specialists
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on coronary and/or peripheral vascular experience
Proven track record of success in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary of 200,000 with an on-target earnings potential of 375,000 uncapped
