spanning data, identity, and audiences/liliPartner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align business development initiatives with company priorities and market momentum/liliTranslate market opportunities into scalable partnership models and compelling commercial agreements/liliLead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations with strategic partners, ensuring alignment across commercial, technical, and product priorities/liliAct as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging growth opportunities/liliIdentify and evaluate emerging technologies, data partnerships, and ecosystem shifts that can accelerate InMobis leadership in the addressability and identity space/liliCollaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term growth strategy and expand the companys global footprint through high-impact partnerships/liliContribute to evolving the business development function and operating model as the company continues to scale/li/ulh3The Experience We Need/h3ulli1215 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles, with a strong and consistent track record of closing complex, high-value deals/liliAn established network of senior industry relationships, with the ability to quickly open doors and drive meaningful partnership conversations/liliStrong commercial acumen and proven experience in structuring and negotiating strategic partnerships that balance revenue impact with long-term value/liliExperience operating in global roles, with a strong understanding of international markets and the nuances that come with them/liliExecutive presence and the ability to influence, align, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies/liliExperience working closely with product teams; direct product management experience or deep fluency in product development is highly preferred/liliDemonstrated success in building and scaling strategic partnership programs within the advertising technology, data, or digital media ecosystem/liliA solid understanding of the evolving addressability landscape, including data partnerships, identity solutions, signal loss challenges, and privacy regulations/liliThe ability to operate both strategically and operationally, balancing long-term ecosystem partnerships with near-term revenue impact/li/ulpWhat we build/ppAt InMobi, were building products that are redefining industries. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors, including role, nature of experience, skills, and location./ppThe base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $168,350

$233,100 USD (min to max of base salary pay range). This salary range is applicable for our offices located in California and New York. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive, as deemed per policy, in addition to fixed compensation./pp*Our ranges may vary based on the final location or region of the roles in accordance with the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country./ppIn addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units.
