About the Job
Signal & Strand is partnering with a leading consumer technology brand to hire a Social Media Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for driving brand growth, engagement, and conversion across all major social platforms through a mix of organic and paid strategies.

This is a hands‑on, creative and analytical role for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, performance marketing, and community building. You’ll play a key role in shaping brand voice, scaling audience growth, and turning social into a meaningful driver of both digital and retail sales.

The Mandate

Build and execute a high‑impact social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals

Grow and engage a global community across all major social platforms

Leverage paid and organic campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes

Elevate brand voice and storytelling across channels

Develop and scale influencer and partnership programs

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2C social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others

Create compelling, on‑brand social content including copy, visuals, and campaign concepts

Lead planning and execution of social campaigns supporting product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives

Manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google, optimizing for performance and ROI

Define and evolve brand voice across social channels, ensuring consistency and engagement

Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns

Build and scale influencer marketing programs, identifying and activating key partners

Track, analyze, and report on social performance, including engagement, growth, conversions, and ROI

Continuously test, learn, and optimize strategies based on performance data and competitive insights

Identify and implement tools and platforms to streamline content creation, publishing, and analytics

Ideal Profile

3–6+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within consumer or lifestyle brands

Proven track record of growing brand‑owned social channels and driving engagement

Experience managing both organic and paid social campaigns

Strong writing skills with the ability to develop compelling, brand‑aligned content

Familiarity with social analytics, ROI measurement, and performance optimization

Experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and related tools

Basic design sensibility with experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite

Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital growth strategies

Experience working cross‑functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

Compensation

Up to $95,000 base salary + 6% bonus

Base Compensation Range

$85,000 - $95,000USD
