What you'll do:
Utilize our unique platform and your own network to source potential healthcare candidates
Engage potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and gauge their interest
Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for deeper assessments
Follow up on leads to keep candidates engaged and assist them throughout the hiring journey
Keep records current and precise in our applicant tracking system
Earn competitive commissions based on meetings secured, interviews set, and successful hires from your referrals
