Job Description
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Lead Marketing Strategy across all service lines
Develop campaigns for screenings, preventions and growth initiatives
Track referral trends
Manage vendor, media, advertising, website, social media, and digital campaigns
Coordinate communication across clinical and specialty service lines
Manage physician liaison outreach and referral relationships
Coordinate provider visits, tours, and engagement activities
Collaborate with physicians, APP’s, executives, and operational leaders
Lead community outreach, sponsorships, and external partnerships
Coordinate internal events (UCBC Cares, Survivorship Picnic, Open House, Employee Appreciation)
Represent organization at community, chamber, and healthcare events
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications or equivalent experience
At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, media and public relations or related field
Experience with traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media.
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
Design software skills such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Acrobat.
Experience in healthcare preferred

Physical Demands And Working Conditions Of Job
Requires sitting, standing, walking, some bending, stooping, and stretching to include lifting up to 25 pounds; potential for exposure to communicable illness from contagious patients; extensive computer work, including viewing computer screens for long periods of time.
