Supporting customer onboarding and product adoption, the full-time Customer Solutions Specialist will manage multiple onboarding projects, provide day-to-day product support, and deliver customer training in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Lead onboarding and implementation engagements for SMB and mid-market customers, ensuring strong organization and communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer product support inquiries, managing support requests and coordinating escalations
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve product usability and support processes

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, customer support, implementation, or related customer-facing roles
Experience managing multiple customer conversations or projects simultaneously
Ability to explain technical concepts and platform workflows clearly to customers
Experience delivering customer training or onboarding sessions
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer onboarding processes preferred
