For dm-drogerie markt, Germany’s most popular retailer, we have been the digital lead agency since 2010 and have accompanied the company at every step of its transformation from brick-and-mortar to omni-channel.
In close collaboration with the dm branches in Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe, more than 50 creative minds develop and manage the strategy and e-commerce platforms for dm in these countries while also taking care of all other online activities such as social media, CRM, digital branding, campaigns, and content marketing.

What you can expect
You implement video content for social media campaigns – from shooting to the final cut.
You film independently, bringing a good eye for dynamics, light, and timing, and thinking in content – not in classical film formats.
You cut, voice over, and animate your content – with a sense for platform logic, trends, and storytelling.
You advise our creatives on idea development when it comes to feasibility, style, and implementation – and then independently implement the final concepts.
You work closely with concept, design, performance, and the customer to ensure a fast, high-quality implementation.
You use AI tools strategically to optimize workflows or expand creative possibilities – e.g., for cutting, sound, or visual effects.
What you bring
2–5 years of professional experience in social media content creation, user generated content, or motion design – ideally in an agency environment or in a social-first team.
Experience in video shooting (e.g., with smartphone, DSLM, or small setup) and confident use of Adobe editing programs Premiere and After Effects.
You work quickly, structured, and high-quality – without perfectionism, but with a sense of aesthetics and impact.
You are familiar with trends and platform mechanics and can integrate them into your implementations.
You take responsibility for quality, timings, and efficiency in production.
Openness to new technologies and AI – you use tools not as a gimmick but as smart support and have already gained initial experience with AI in video production.
Self-responsibility, team spirit, and a desire for creative collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
Remote work is possible – for on-site shootings (e.g., in Karlsruhe or Stuttgart) you should be flexible and ready to travel.
Very good German skills, English is advantageous.
