This role will support the development, testing, and optimization of innovative RF technologies used in advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments.What You Will DoDesign, develop, and optimize radio frequency systems and aesthetic devicesSupport product development from concept through productionConduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of RF equipmentEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsCollaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Quality teamsProvide technical expertise for beauty and skincare technologiesSupport training and technical guidance for internal teamsWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fieldExperience working with RF technologies and aesthetic/beauty devicesKnowledge of skincare, beauty tech, or medical aesthetic equipmentStrong understanding of RF systems, hardware, and testing methodologiesExperience with regulatory standards and product complianceExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and innovative environmentNice to HaveExperience with skin tightening, anti-aging, or body contouring technologiesBackground in medical devices or cosmetic technologyFamiliarity with FDA, CE, or other regulatory requirementsExperience working with emerging beauty technologies and product innovationJob DetailsJob Type: Full-Time, On-site (Culver City, CA)Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 per year (commensurate with experience)Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Health Insurance, plus 401(k)Plus $250 worth of Olive Tree People products each month, along with a 50% discount on all products.
