Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of the annual Musical
Manages receipts and purchases for the Musical.
Ensure Musical Director has signed off on any and all purchases.
Create and manage a spreadsheet to track purchases and budgets. The spreadsheet should include: item, vendor, total cost, where the item was purchased.
Ensure that the purchase and budget spreadsheet is routinely shared with the Musical Director, High School Principal, and Superintendent.
Manages the social media accounts and ensures that the Musical Director, High School Principal, and Superintendent to access if needed.
Creates the musical's playbill.
Work closely with the Stage Crew Director, Tech Crew Director, and Costume Director to ensure that purchases remain in budget.
Manage advertising for the show.
Creates and distributes show t-shirts.
Attends all auditions, rehearsals, and performances.
Collaborate with other Musical leaders as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Musical Director and High School Principal.
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior experience producing performances desired.
Strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting and fostering the talents of students.
Must be team-oriented, hands on, and passionate about performing arts.
Pre-employment Paperwork Requirements:
Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check, FBI Fingerprinting Background Check, Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure release (Act 168) forms
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
The individual must demonstrate the ability to communicate, organize and analyze complex and diverse information and use same to resolve problems in a timely manner.

The individual must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, apply feedback to improve performance and monitor his or her own work to ensure quality. Individual should always be willing to generate suggestions to improve individual and departmental performance.
The individual must be punctual at all times and ensure that work responsibilities are covered in his/her absence. Must complete tasks correctly and on time.
Compensation:
34 units for the completion of the whole musical production. 1 Unit = $96.00. This position is evaluated on a yearly basis. Previous employment in position does not guarantee return for next year.
