Job Description

The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between pharmaceutical brand teams and the internal creative agency. This role manages promotional and marketing initiatives from project intake through execution, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and agency workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end pharmaceutical marketing and promotional projects.
Develop and refine project briefs with brand stakeholders.
Recommend promotional tactics aligned with brand strategy and objectives.
Oversee creative development from concept through production and deployment.
Ensure adherence to agency workflow processes, approval cycles, and project timelines.
Manage project budgets, annual forecasting, and monthly financial reconciliations.
Coordinate review and approval processes, including regulatory, legal, and medical review requirements.
Maintain compliance with corporate branding standards and promotional material guidelines.
Support project archiving and documentation processes.
Education

Bachelor's Degree required.
Master's Degree preferred.
Required Skills

3-4+ years of Account Management experience within a pharmaceutical advertising agency or in-house pharmaceutical creative agency.
Pharmaceutical marketing and promotional campaign management.
Pharma promotional material development and review processes.
PromoMats experience.
Pharmaceutical regulatory, legal, and medical (MLR) review coordination.
Budget management, forecasting, and financial reconciliation.
Agency workflow and creative project lifecycle management.
U.S. pharmaceutical product marketing experience.
Corporate branding and compliance guideline expertise.
Preferred Skills

Global pharmaceutical marketing experience.
Experience supporting multiple pharmaceutical brands and product portfolios.
Strategic promotional planning and campaign execution.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics, competitive landscape, and product positioning.
Experience managing high-volume creative project portfolios
