Senior Brand Manager

OVERVIEWThe Infinite Agency is looking for a full-time Senior Brand Manager who is built for this. As it relates to this role, we are looking for someone that has experience with clients working in the Retail industry. You will be overseeing everything from the annual calendar planning through regular photoshoots requiring travel nearly every month.Not someone who manages accounts, but someone who owns them. You will work across every discipline at Infinite, from Brand Strategy and Creative to Digital Media, Social, and Web, orchestrating it all with the confidence of someone who has been in this seat before and knows how to win.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the day-to-day client relationship and be the trusted partner your clients call firstDevelop advertising and marketing strategies that drive measurable results across traditional and digital channelsLead client business meetings, agency partner status calls, and internal kick-offs with clarity and confidenceWrite and review briefs, scopes of work, estimates, presentations, and all client-facing documentsPartner with Project Management to keep projects on timeline and on budgetIdentify and develop organic revenue growth opportunities within existing accountsCollaborate cross-functionally with Brand Strategy, Creative, Content, Social, Digital Media, Experiential, and Web teams to deliver integrated, high-quality workAssist with monthly revenue recognition and billing detailOrganize and host client visits to Infinite, representing the agency with professionalism and prideLead weekly internal and client status meetings and ensure timely follow-through on all action itemsServe as a mentor and example to junior team members on the Brand teamOther duties and responsibilities as assignedPOTENTIAL CLIENTSMust be willing to work on all accounts in the Agency from Supercuts, Benihana, Twin Peaks, Six Flags, A-MAX Auto Insurance, Anheuser Busch, and more....QUALIFICATIONSAdherence to our culture and core values: Serve Joyfully, Create Fun, Deliver Excellence, Build Connections, and Own GrowthBachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent experience5+ years of advertising or marketing experience, with meaningful time spent in an agency environmentProven track record in account management and integrated marketing strategy developmentExperience across industry verticals — Retail, CPG, restaurant, non-profit, or healthcare is a strong plusExceptional client-facing and presentation skills; you know how to own a roomStrong written and verbal communication skills with relentless attention to detailAbility to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously without dropping the ballDemonstrated leadership experience — you can mentor others while still doing the work yourselfCollaborative by nature, proactive by habit, and accountable in all thingsComfort working with data and a curiosity about emerging marketing technologiesPositive attitude and genuine passion for the craft of advertisingAt Infinite, we believe in developing great people, which develops great work.
