We are seeking a highly motivated Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Perry (GA), a leading quick service restaurant that has received top customer satisfaction scores for three consecutive years and is listed as one of America's best mid-size employers by Forbes. This is a "hands-on" management role that offers autonomy and the opportunity to impact the lives of both team members and guests. The successful candidate will have prior leadership experience and a passion for Chick-fil-A's values. The learning and development plan that leads into this role is unlike others in our industry and you work directly with a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator. Responsibilities include:

Lead the business to healthy sales growth, profitability, and excellence by ensuring the team is organized and the culture is aligned around our vision and values.

Deliver operational excellence and coordinate with other leaders to drive results across all areas of the restaurant

Building high-performing teams and identifying and coaching leaders for both front and back of house operations

Managing a team of 100 and creating a fun environment for individuals to thrive.

Increasing profitability through systemic processes that reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales

Maintaining a safe, secure, and protected environment.

Collaborating with other organizational leaders to achieve high-level goals

Qualifications:

2 years of leadership experience

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Proven track record of developing others

Open Availability and Saturday availability.

Public Speaking Experience.
