Site Evaluator

Danielle Fence is currently seeking for a Site Evaluator to join one of the fastest growing industries. The Site Evaluator is responsible for driving to residential and commercial job sites and inspecting the sites. The areas to cover are Southern Hillsborough, Manatee County and Sarasota but may travel to other Central Florida locations. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who enjoys driving. The area can be divided up to allow for travel only in your local area.
Checking fence lines to see if site is cleared, graded and free of obstructions
Verifying outdoor kitchen layouts for existing utility locations and site readiness
Getting measurements, of utility locations for outdoor kitchen projects and fencing as needed
Taking photos of all job sites
Compare contracted layouts to actual site layout and conditions
Verify jobs completed by sub-contractors
