Social Media Channel Operations Coordinator

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Social Media Channel Operations Coordinator to join their team. Day to day, this role involves:
Tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure all workstreams remain on schedule
Maintaining clear visibility into project progress, potential risks, and gaps; proactively following up as needed
Ensuring quality and on-time delivery across all social media operations initiatives
Supporting cross-functional collaboration and alignment across internal teams and external partners
Identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and ensuring teams are leveraging internal synergies
Monitoring workflows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and operational processes run smoothly
This role does not include people management, decision making authority, or ownership of deliverables. It is focused on coordination and operational oversight.
Compensation: $25-$30/hour.
