Social Media Operations Coordinator (REMOTE EU)

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Social Media Channel Operations Coordinator to join their team.

Day to Day:

Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure all workstreams remain on schedule

Maintain clear visibility into project progress, potential risks, and gaps; proactively follow up as needed

Ensure quality and on-time delivery across all social media operations initiatives

Support cross-functional collaboration and alignment across internal teams and external partners

Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and ensure teams are leveraging internal synergies

Monitor workflows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and operational processes run smoothly

This role does not include people management, decision making authority, or ownership of deliverables. It is focused on coordination and operational oversight.

Compensation: $25-$30/hour.

Skills and Requirements

Strong operational coordination experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment

Highly data-driven with the ability to track and interpret performance and workflow metrics

Experience in data, tagging, Sprinklr, UTMs, and listening tools.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on dependencies
