Senior CRO & Experimentation Lead for Web & App

CTS EVENTIM AG is looking for a skilled professional to join our CRO Team within the UX Division. In this role, you will lead A/B testing initiatives, analyze test results, and drive conversion optimization across web and app platforms.
The ideal candidate is expected to have over 5 years of experience in relevant digital roles and a strong understanding of A/B testing and analytics tools. Communication skills in English are essential, and knowledge of German is a plus.
