Production Machine Operator

We are seeking reliable and mechanically inclined Production Machine Operators to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role where you will operate specialized machinery to produce finished products, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency. This is not a warehouse or forklift role —it is a machine operation position ideal for candidates with an industrial background who are eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities

Operate production machinery to manufacture products (training provided)
Load raw or unfinished materials into machines and unload finished components
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
Read and use a tape measure accurately for product verification
Follow all safety procedures, policies, and work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area (housekeeping)
Communicate effectively with team members regarding work issues or production needs
Work overtime as required
Required Qualifications

Recent industrial or manufacturing experience
Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn and operate machinery
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (to waist height; not continuous)
Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety procedures
Strong attendance and reliability with a solid work ethic
Ability to perform basic measurements and quality checks
Professional attitude and clear communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with production equipment and quality inspection processes
