Part-Time Sales Coordinator
The Part-Time Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Department. This role assists with lead management, client communication, event coordination, reporting, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and daily operations
Respond to inquiries and assist with group, corporate, and leisure bookings
Maintain client databases and sales records
Prepare contracts, proposals, and sales reports
Coordinate site visits and client meetings
Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional efforts
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and clients
Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure successful group and event execution
Qualifications
Previous hotel, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
