We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team for a 7+ month contract. This role involves creating high-quality documents for print and digital distribution while ensuring adherence to design standards.
Responsibilities
Design and publish instructions for use and other essential documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changes in scope and priorities.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address project needs and resolve any issues that arise.
Review and incorporate feedback from peers to enhance document quality and layout.
Conduct self-reviews to guarantee that all content aligns with established design standards.
Skills
Proficiency in desktop publishing and layout design, with strong attention to detail.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat, within a MacOS environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate collaboration with team members.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in developing labeling and instructional materials.
Familiarity with maintaining large documents within InDesign, utilizing tools like the Book tool and styles.
A background in marketing or working with engineering and manufacturing teams.
