Director, Marketing Operations & Campaign Management

Overview
Are you an operational ninja, who can manage complex marketing campaigns and want to figure out how emerging technology fits into the picture? We are looking for a seasoned campaign manager with an avid interest in leveraging operational knowledge to enable technology into everyday Marketing workflows. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing Operations, the Director will be in charge of supporting both of these key workstreams (martech enablement and campaign management).
Campaign Management & Martech Enablement
The Director will lead AI and martech enablement initiatives in Data and Marketing. This includes developing and executing tailored training programs, facilitating the AI request and vetting process, supporting solution evaluations, and advising on MarTech efficiencies within the Campaign Management and larger Marketing Operations department. The role will also synthesize project efforts, support reporting to leadership, and act as a trusted resource for navigating AI‑related questions and identifying proper next steps.
Campaign Management
The Director will manage multi‑title marketing campaigns, setting the operational blueprint and acting as the executional glue throughout each phase. Responsibilities include creating timelines and facilitating milestones, ensuring stakeholder alignment, working with teams such as Marketing Strategy, Media, Creative, Production, PR, Legal, and Partnerships, and ensuring the campaign is executed to plan. The role is also the go‑to resource for the project and provides executive readouts.
Responsibilities
Facilitate functional application of enterprise tools within the Data & Marketing organization
Develop and run org‑wide enablement programming, tailoring demos to everyday Marketing campaign workflows for maximum relevance
Track all tool and AI use‑case approval requests throughout their lifecycle and facilitate the Paramount Tech vetting process
Collaborate with teams to identify use‑case opportunities that leverage technology and unlock efficiency within Marketing Ops, Campaign Management, and Production Operations
Develop enablement roadmaps and project requirements, and manage bringing the project vision to life
Support the technology assessment process, from stakeholder alignment on evaluation scope and criteria through to user training and testing
Organize initiative reporting and executive readouts
Remain educated on industry trends, best practices, and the AI tool landscape
Lead end‑to‑end project management for marketing campaigns, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects
Drive cross‑functional conversations, collaborating with key stakeholders to confirm plans and required assets for each campaign beat
Flag roadblocks and/or delays to team members and provide potential solutions
Ensure the completion and delivery of 360 marketing assets such as AV, OOH, digital display, custom digital takeovers, audio promos, etc.
Establish core campaign communications such as setting up the project in our production/task management system, scheduling core meetings, and creating dedicated Slack channels
Own the routing and vetting process with Legal, Standards & Practices, and Marketing Leadership
Manage and track the campaign budget
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of marketing project management or production experience
Experience managing large‑scale 360 marketing campaigns
Knowledge of the emerging AI landscape as it applies to Marketing & Creative production
Knowledge of everyday AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Zoom AI Companion
Knowledge of A/V, OOH, and digital display specifications
Knowledge of Asana, Airtable, Google Drive, SAP, Slack, Microsoft Office 365
Detail oriented, collaborative working style
Proven organized forward‑thinking individual able to juggle multiple tasks deftly
Exemplary written and verbal communication and mediation skills
Ability to assess and improve workflows and processes
High‑quality problem‑solving and anticipation skills
Ability to operate quickly and composedly within a large, matrixed organization
Remains calm in a high‑pressure, dynamic environment while setting and maintaining key priorities
Additional Qualifications
Experience in entertainment or media
Paramount+ is a direct‑to‑consumer digital subscription video on-demand and live streaming service that offers an expansive library of original series, hit shows, and movies across numerous genres, as well as unmatched sports programming, live news, and exclusive streaming rights for major sports properties.
Hiring Salary Range
$124,000.00 – $186,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The position is bonus eligible.
