Role Description
This is a full‑time role for a Marketing Coordinator based in Seattle, WA, with a hybrid work setup that offers flexibility for some work‑from‑home days. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will create and manage marketing materials, coordinate and support events, and assist in lead generation initiatives. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members to develop sales strategies, supporting business development efforts, managing social media campaigns, and ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across platforms.

Qualifications

Strong communication and writing skills to create marketing materials and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Proficiency in sales and lead generation strategies to support business development initiatives.

Event planning expertise, including managing logistics and ensuring successful execution of promotional events.

Project management abilities to coordinate timelines, organize resources, and execute marketing strategies effectively.

Familiarity with design tools and software, as well as basic knowledge of the architectural or creative industries, is advantageous.

Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
