Role Description The Real Estate Marketing & Brand Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in El Segundo, CA. The candidate will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, social media content, CRM systems, client communications, and various operational tasks that support our buyers, sellers, and overall business growth. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and execution. The ideal candidate is resourceful, takes initiative, and finds solutions independently. This is a hands-on role that touches nearly every aspect of the business and is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, creativity, systems, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Management Manage bi-weekly email newsletters in Klaviyo
Develop and execute monthly marketing campaigns
Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and paid ads
Promote listings consistently across all marketing channels
Design monthly Sphere and Affidavit flyers
Create marketing materials and maintain templates in Canva
Research and share local events, community news, and industry updates for social media content
Website & Online Presence Maintain and update the company website, including listings, sales, reviews, statistics, and market information
Manage the Google Business Profile by updating content, posting photos, responding to reviews, and ensuring accurate business information
CRM & Database Management Manage Salesforce, Homebot, and Indela platforms
Maintain accurate client records and databases
Build and manage automated workflows and communications as needed
Client Experience & Relationship Management Coordinate client gifting, reviews, and appreciation initiatives
Assemble buyer inspection bags and branded materials
Deliver a concierge-level client experience throughout the transaction process
Coordinate listing signage, marketing materials, and direct mail campaigns
Prepare listing presentations, seller packages, and property information
Manage office supplies and administrative operations
Support transactions and maintain efficient systems for a seamless client experience
Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, administrative support, or real estate
Experience creating and managing digital advertising campaigns
Experience with Canva
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
High attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Comfortable learning and implementing new technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with California real estate transactions
Basic understanding of CAR forms and real estate contracts
Experience using:
Homebot
Transaction management software
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity platforms
