What You’ll Do

Independently define, drive, and own program charters, encompassing scope, timelines, objectives, resource allocation, and risk management for moderately complex programs.

Translate ambiguous program goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones.

Determine the optimal level of program management required for various initiatives.

Develop comprehensive project plans that break down work into discrete phases, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address potential constraints.

Establish program phasing and metrics that support continuous improvement and efficient resource stewardship.

Optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on strategic program adjustments.

Design and deliver sophisticated communication plans, including executive and key partner communications, effectively representing the program across all touchpoints.

Anticipate change management needs, developing and executing rollout plans, monitoring progress, and resolving misalignments.

Cultivate trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making and resolve prioritization conflicts.

Proactively manage program escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Independently collect and analyze data to govern programs and support stakeholder decision-making.

Maintain project trackers and status reports, proactively managing dependencies while upholding values of product excellence, inclusion, and brand reputation.

Develop automated processes to enhance operational velocity and monitoring capabilities.

Define robust program governance structures, including effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reporting, and lead impactful stakeholder meetings.

Must-Have Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in Portfolio Management.
